SellCircuit
How it works

Seven steps from a supplier link to a listing you approve.

SellCircuit does the reading, matching, filling and pricing. It stops at the decisions that are yours, and it never publishes without you.

  1. Import

A supplier link becomes a product record: title, photos, variations, stock and cost.

Paste one link or a hundred. SellCircuit reads each product through AliExpress's official API: title, description, photos, variations, stock and cost, with delivery to your country.

A product that cannot be read says why, so you never wait on it.

  2. Photos

The gallery is read and the first twelve usable photos are chosen, in order.

The supplier's gallery is read in order and the first usable photos become eBay's photos, the first as the main image. Photos that only appear in the description stay in the description.

You can reorder or deselect any of them.

  3. Category & details

eBay's category is matched and its required item specifics are filled from supplier facts. Nothing is invented.

eBay's category is matched from the product's own facts and confirmed against eBay's requirements for that category.

Required item specifics are filled from what the supplier states, your rules (for example, unbranded unless the supplier names a brand) and eBay's suggestions for your title. A fact SellCircuit cannot support is left for you and marked.

  4. Variations

Sizes and colours stay one listing, mapped to eBay's own names.

Every size, colour and option the supplier offers stays as one eBay listing with those variations, each with its own cost, price, stock and photo.

Supplier option names are mapped to the names eBay uses in that category, so buyers see what they expect.

  5. Pricing

Supplier cost, eBay's fee and your profit rule become a selling price per variation.

Your rule — eBay's fee, your profit percentage and a fixed amount — is applied to each variation's supplier cost including delivery. You can set your own price on any draft.

  6. Readiness

Every check is listed. Anything only you can answer is marked, with a Fix beside it.

Every check eBay will make is run first: category, required details, variations, photos, price, stock, store settings. Each passes or names the one thing left, with a Fix beside it.

  7. Review & publish

Nothing reaches eBay until you approve it. Publishing is always your decision.

Ready drafts go to a review that shows exactly what will be sent. Publishing happens only when you approve it. eBay's confirmation, or its refusal with the reason, appears in Publishing.

The sequence as the application shows it. Example product and figures.
