The same product, sized to your catalogue.
Plans differ in how many products you can add at once and in allowances. The way a listing is prepared and approved is the same on each.
Supplier import
AliExpress products, read through the official API, with variations, photos, stock and cost.
Listing preparation
Category, item specifics, photos, variations and pricing prepared from supplier facts and your rules, with the source of every value.
Readiness and review
Every check listed per draft; a review before anything is sent; publishing only on your approval.
Your data, separate
Each workspace isolated from every other; eBay access granted on eBay's own page and revocable there.
How they count.
Monthly allowances
Imports and publications are counted by calendar month, and reset on the first of each month in UTC.
Successful publications
A listing counts once, when it reaches eBay. A listing eBay refuses does not count.
Active listings
Ending a listing frees its active place. It does not give back that month's publication.
Where it publishes
eBay Australia. Other eBay sites are not available yet.
What does SellCircuit do?
It turns supplier products into eBay listings that are ready to publish. You paste AliExpress product links; SellCircuit reads each product, keeps its variations, chooses photos, matches eBay's category, fills the required item specifics from what the supplier states and prices from your rule. You review what is left and approve publishing.
Does it publish to eBay automatically?
No. Saving a draft never publishes. Publishing needs your review and an explicit approval, and the review shows exactly what will be sent.
Which eBay sites are supported?
eBay Australia. Other eBay sites are not available yet: each opens only after it has been proven on real eBay. Ask us about your marketplace.
Which suppliers are supported?
AliExpress, through its official API. Other suppliers are not supported yet.
What happens with variations?
They stay together. A product with several sizes and colours becomes one eBay listing with those variations, each with its own price, stock and photo where the supplier provides one. SellCircuit maps the supplier's option names to the names eBay uses in that category.
Where do item specifics come from?
From what the supplier states, from your own rules (for example, unbranded unless the supplier names a brand) and from eBay's suggestions for your title. Every value shows its source, and anything SellCircuit cannot support is left for you to answer.
Does SellCircuit fulfil orders or buy from the supplier?
No. SellCircuit prepares and publishes listings. It does not place supplier orders or ship anything.
Does it keep stock and prices in sync after publishing?
No. SellCircuit reads the supplier's stock and cost when you prepare and review a listing. It does not watch a live listing or change its price or stock on its own.
How does it connect to my eBay account?
Through eBay's own authorisation page. You grant SellCircuit permissions there; it never sees your eBay password and you can revoke access from eBay at any time.
How do I get an account?
New accounts are currently opened by invitation. If you have an invitation code, create your workspace from Get started. Otherwise request one from the contact page.
What does it cost?
Starter is $19, Seller is $39 and Scale is $79 a month, in US dollars. Billing is not enabled yet, so nothing is charged today. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.
Is my data shared with other sellers?
No. Each workspace's products, drafts, orders and settings are isolated, and SellCircuit never uses one seller's data for another.
