Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Your bank or card provider may charge its own currency conversion or international transaction fees. SellCircuit is not registered for GST, so no GST is included in or added to these prices.

The plan, price and terms shown to you at checkout are the ones that apply to your subscription.

2. How allowances work

• Product imports and successful publications are counted each calendar month, and reset at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month, whatever the date your subscription renews. Unused allowance does not carry over.
• Active eBay listings and connected eBay accounts are counted as they stand at the time.
• A publication counts once, when it reaches eBay. A listing eBay refuses does not count. Refreshing a product you already have does not use an import.
• When you reach an allowance, only that action waits until the allowance resets or you change plan. Nothing you have saved is lost, and nothing on eBay is changed.

3. Additional eBay accounts

Each connected eBay account beyond your plan's own costs US$9.99 a month and is billed with your plan. You choose the number at checkout; to change it later, contact us at support@sellcircuit.co. All of your accounts share your plan's imports, publications and active listings.

4. Free trial

• A new workspace gets a free 7-day trial, which starts when you confirm your email address. No card or payment details are needed.
• The trial includes 50 product imports and 50 successful publications in total, up to 50 active eBay listings, and one eBay account.
• One trial is available per email mailbox; addresses that deliver to the same mailbox, such as aliases, count as one. Temporary or disposable email addresses cannot start a trial.
• The trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
• When the trial ends, importing and publishing stop until you choose a plan. Your drafts, listings and settings are kept, and your eBay listings are not changed or ended.
• Choosing a plan during the trial starts the paid plan straight away and ends the trial.

5. Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe and are not received or stored by SellCircuit. A paid plan is charged when you subscribe, and then renews automatically every month, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel. Invoices and receipts are available in the billing portal, from Settings, Billing.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will try again. Until the payment succeeds, importing and publishing are paused; your drafts and listings are kept. You can update your payment method from Settings, Billing. If payment still cannot be collected, your subscription may end.

7. Changing your plan

You can change plan from Settings, Billing, in the billing portal. The portal shows the price and when the change takes effect before you confirm it. The new plan's allowances apply once the change takes effect.

8. Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we will give you reasonable notice by email before the new price applies to your subscription. It applies from a renewal after that notice, and you may cancel before it does.

9. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing, using "Cancel at the end of this period" or the billing portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Your plan keeps working until then, and you will not be charged again.
• Until the period ends, you can undo a cancellation in the billing portal.
• After it ends, importing and publishing stop. Your drafts, listings and settings are kept, and listings already on eBay stay on eBay.

10. Refunds

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If we fail to meet one, you may be entitled to a remedy, which in some cases includes a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Apart from those rights:

• cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the period you have already paid for;
• if you were charged in error, for example twice or after you cancelled, tell us and we will refund the incorrect charge;
• any other refund request is considered individually. Contact us at support@sellcircuit.co.

Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card provider decides how long it takes to appear.

11. Billing questions and disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at support@sellcircuit.co, so we can look into it quickly. This does not affect any right you have to dispute a charge with your card provider.
